Many of us started using Facebook when it was still an invitation only site, over six years ago. Since then it has changed tremendously. It is still basically a way for people to connect, but in the past few months, since its IPO Facebook has taken steps to become a more profitable company. Probably to appease shareholders and quiet critics who say it is not a good investment, or just to make more money because lets be honest who doesn’t like money. However this might change Facebook, for good or for bad you be the judge? So as a way to calm and remind its over one billion users, and increase user-ship Facebook has created its first commercial. To remind all that, “Facebook’s mission is to give people the power to share and make the world more open and connected.”
The commercial they created is good, but not that good. It’s touching, but is it trying too hard to evoke an emotional response?
